The Lyn Valley Hotel Booking Conditions
Rates - Rates shown are per Room including VAT and include Breakfast. Rates are subject to alteration without notice, please confirm at time of booking. A discount of £30 per night applies to the Standard Room Rate for single ccupancy in a Double Room.
Reservations - We request a deposit of £50 or credit card details to secure a room booking.
Cancellations - Less than 7 days before due arrival date: if we are unable to re-let the room, a charge of £50 will be made. We regret, if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before agreed arrival date, or if failure to arrive, full agreed room rate will be charged. The Lyn Valley Hotel is No Smoking. If any guest is found to have smoked in their room, the management reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for Deep Cleaning.
