The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway – Steam Train rides through Exmoor National Park.  One of the world’s most picturesque narrow gauge railways. The original Barnstaple to Lynton line closed many years ago, but a one mile stretch of the route has been reopened for visitors from Woody Bay Station, North Devon travelling above the Heddon Valley. www.lynton-rail.co.uk

Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway – Unique Victorian water powered lift carrying passengers from Lynmouth at the foot of the cliffs, up to the town of Lynton 500ft above, with fantastic views of the North Devon coastline.
